Working alongside communities, partners and supporters, the Trust is helping build a stronger future for the trail, its landscapes and the people connected to it.

The Trust has been established to support the long-term sustainability of the West Highland Way through stewardship, fundraising, partnership working and public engagement.
Its charitable purposes include supporting the care and promotion of the route, advancing environmental protection, supporting rural regeneration and celebrating the heritage of the West Highland Way and the communities connected to it.
